Dur to the nature of our custom made to order products, we do not accept returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 business days from carrier delivery to contact us regarding damaged, defective or incorrect items. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. 


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective, incorrect or damaged item, and let you know if a refund or replacement was approved or not. We have the right to issue a refund or replacement item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
